金相组织-晶粒度-SPCEN
一．案例背景
某制造企业需对来料抽检。客户检测项目是晶粒度，样品材质是SPCEN。SPCEN是日本钢材(JIS系列)的牌号.SPCE——表示深冲用冷轧碳素钢薄板及钢带，相当于中国08AL（5213）深冲钢。需保证非时效性时，在牌号末尾加N为SPCEN。

测试方法/Test Method：ISO 643-2012 Steels -- Micrographic determination of the apparent grain size
腐蚀溶液采用4%硝酸酒精轻微腐蚀。
